Fortnum & Mason hamper prize draw: terms and conditions 

Promoter: Ingenious Capital Management Limited, MYO Piccadilly, 1 Sherwood Street, London, W1F 7BL.

Eligibility: this prize draw is open to financial advisers, paraplanners and other professional connections attending Festival of Finance (29 September 2026) or PA360 North (1 October 2026) on Ingenious’s stand. It is not open to retail or private investors, or to individuals not acting in a professional capacity. Ingenious employees and their immediate family are not eligible to enter.

How to enter: visit the Ingenious stand at either event and provide your name, firm, mobile number and email address to be entered into the draw. No purchase is necessary and entry is free.

The prize: one Fortnum & Mason hamper per event. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

Winner selection: one winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries at each event, on the day. The winner will be announced before the event closes.

Collecting the prize: the winner can collect the hamper from the Ingenious stand on the day, or have it posted to a UK address at Ingenious’s cost. Prizes cannot be posted outside the UK.

Publicity: by entering, winners agree that Ingenious may take their photograph and share it on Ingenious’s social media channels and website to announce the result. Winners who would prefer not to be pictured should let us know at the point of collection, and an alternative form of announcement will be used instead.

Data use: By entering the prize draw, you agree to your name and contact details being processed for the purposes of administering the draw and contacting the winner. You also agree that the winner’s name and firm may be made available on request to demonstrate that a valid prize draw has taken place. We will not use your details for marketing unless you separately opted in at entry. If you opted in, Ingenious may use your details for marketing purposes in line with our Privacy Policy. Entrants can opt out of further contact at any time.

General: Ingenious reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time. Ingenious’s decision on all matters relating to the draw is final.
